Adds Supreme Weathers to Cathedral Weathers for more intense fog/blizzard/rain and ash storms.

I made this plugin based on the Supreme Weathers for Obsidian Weathers mod to have the Supreme Weathers effects and sounds appear combined with the Cathedral Weathers Weathers (lol).
I received explicit permission from toostruus to do so.
Requirements:
- Cathedral Weathers
- Resources from Supreme Weathers for Obsidian Weathers
I also added a version which includes Solstheim Earthquakes. It requires (surprise) Solstheim Earthquakes.
Installation
- Install Cathedral Weathers (+Solstheim Earthquakes if you use that version)
- Install only resources from Supreme Weathers for Obsidian Weathers (meshes/scripts/sound/textures)
- Install my plugin and load it after the above.
Compatibility:
- Both plugins are .ESL flagged so they won't take up a slot in your load order.
- Perfectly compatible with Rudy ENB for Cathedral Weathers and any mods that are compatible with it. (it is what I use, also the reason I made this mod in the first place)
