About this mod

Remake of my old buggy mod, now bug free!
My personal version of Breezehome. Slightly larger and with a big basement. It serves as a family focused home with support for 6 children, lots of containers and simple static decor made from vanilla meshes.

Changelogs
My personal version of Breezehome. Remade and re-released.

For intended usage, please purchase and decorate the home with everything. Alchemy or Kids room doesn't matter; you need decorations just to get rid of he cobwebs and stuff. Also, if you wish to use the family home to its full potential and adopt children, please use the Bless Home spell from Hearthfire multiple adoptions.
I've not tested extensively. Please report unknown issues introduced by this mod.

EDIT: Since some people are either very new at modding or just don't know what they're doing here's some extra tips:
  • Don't install this mod (or any mod) in the middle of your game and expect it to work flawlessly, ESPECIALLY if you've already purchased and entered the house in the vanilla game in that save file. You'll have extra data in that save (object placement, havok data, etc) and it will cause some issues. For instance, vanilla-placed items/objects/furniture/doors/etc in addition to the modified versions. To solve this on an existing save, open the developer console, target extraneous objects that are in the way, and use the command 'disable' (or 'markfordelete' if they don't disappear, then save and load).
  • I cannot account for every mod conflict. In my load order, with all CC content on, I noticed one single "conflict" - door lights added by Enhanced Lights and Effects. It just means there's a square of light in the wrong place. Just target the damn thing, hit disable, and move on with your life. It's not going to bother you afterwards
  • If you use mods that affect interiors, like ELFX, skyrim project optimization, lux, etc, make sure to know if they have a version where they don't touch vanilla homes.

Changes from the previous version:
  • Doesn't bug your house purchase quest anymore yay (hint: THAT is why I described it as bug-free. it is referring to this particular bug. this also means alternate start won't go crazy if you have this house installed)
  • Redecorated basement, decreased size, removed bathing area. Now should feel less empty as well as less over the top

All changes to vanilla Breezehome

  • Increased size while maintaining the overall shape of the home;
  • Fully navmeshed from top to bottom;
  • Vanilla bookshelves left intact;
  • Housecarl room is now a children bedroom with 6 beds and chests, activity table, and a rug for play time;
  • Master Bedroom has wardrobes for clothes and armor, a strongbox for jewelry, and a vanity table;
  • Side room (previously alchemy or child room) is now a mini library with stairs leading to the basement area. Has bookshelf containers for books and spellbooks, and a reading nook;
  • Basement with area for alchemy, enchantment, and smithing, including containers for those activities, as well as a follower room with support for 4 followers;
  • Kitchen area with hearthfires oven and food containers;
  • A few scattered weapon racks and display cases. I didn't make this house display heavy because I wanted it to be family-focused;
  • Leafy flora in the interior as well as cute decor made from vanilla meshes;
  • Minor exterior edit for a little deck and decoration plus a chicken coop (afaik compatible with JK's Whiterun/Cities);

There is a minor graphical issue on the entrance, two walls have a very thin gap between them but I don't really want to mess up alignment so I haven't fixed it. Sorry.

Keep in mind your own mesh and texture replacers can affect how it looks.
In the photos you'll see different whiterun textures, red ivy,
different tankard models, because that's what I have in my game.
Whatever you have installed is what will show up :)
