so you can and should now load this mods quiet early in the load order. After USSEP and WACCF, (they both carry bash tags too) Especially before appearance changes. Due to the Bash Tags, the important records (outfits leveled lists and items) will be carried over to your appearance modifiers like bijin modpocalypse tc etc.
ABT SE is still in a non resolvable conflict with WACCF for the "arrow damage" part!
No bash tag can solve that as waccf changes vanilla records, while ABT keeps some of them to vanilla and changes others. Wrye bash will always forward the ones differing from vanilla included in WACCF no matter what tags you put on ABT and how low you load it. I copied the "damage" values over to WACCF (in ssedit) to solve this. Its just for 2 arrow types if i remember right.
