This is only a quick patch made to fix landscape conflict between Rigmor of Bruma and Seapoint Settlement mod. I made this for myself and decided to share with you all.
This is a rough edit to conflicting landscape, you may find this not perfect, but i have tested to some extent and this looks quite good for me.
Load order:
Seapointsettlement.esp
Rigmor.esp
....
this mod.esp
ESPFE? YES!
