DESCRIPTION:
Makes nights foggy by switching the weather with a custom foggy weather around 7:00 PM. The fog disperses by sunrise around 7:00 AM. Fog chance is set to 100% (always foggy nights) by default but can be configured in the MCM to be more random.
INSTALL: Install via Vortex or MO2.
UNINSTALL: Uninstall and use Resaver to remove unattached script instances.
COMPATIBILITY:
If you have mods that change sunrise and sunset times, this mod won't account for the changes. Fog will always appear between 7 PM and 7 AM as it is hardcoded.
Compatible with all weather mods. This mod does not change any of the vanilla weather.
DEMO: This is using a timescale of 2000 to 3000. Fog should appear gradually under normal circumstances.
KNOWN ISSUES: Fog can sometimes persist past 7 AM but it usually goes away in the afternoon. If you want it gone asap, enter a worldspace (e.g any city) or go to sleep. This should recalculate the day or night delta and should fix the issue. This issue is pretty rare but I've observed it during my testing.
CREDITS:
Huge thanks to Apoapse for the script optimizations.
