Bright Waterfall Fix for ENB is a great mod unfortunately when using the Water for ENB Particle Patch it causes purple wind in places like High Hrothgar. This is a simple nif edit to fix this without needing to delete or edit the file in nifskope.

This requires the original mod and meant for the "Water for ENB Particle Patch" download found here > Bright Waterfall fix
You should install this after the original mod.
The main purpose of this mod is to remove the purple wind bug nothing more. Screenshots show the differences, this is only a nif fix so no .esp/.esl plugin.
I would also recommend you get Less distracting blowing snow effects with these combined your mountain traveling will be much better.
