Patch to make The Great Cities work well with No snow under the roof.

This is for the AIO version of The Great Cities. I can't be arsed to make individual patches for the separate options at the moment :)
This patch took far longer than i'd care to admit.
There's is already a couple of patches out there for The Great Cities and No snow under the roof. My patch basically fills in the gaps and fixes all the walkways and any inconsistencies in the remaining farmhouses, etc added to Morthal, Dawnstar and Winterhold.
I suggest running this along with:
The Great City of Morthal - No Snow Under the Roof bridge patch at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
The Great Cities SSE Edition - No snow under the Roof SE at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
Doing that should make nearly everything match up with the aesthetic provided by NSUTR.
Make sure this loads after The Great Cities SSE Edition.
