I made a handful of minor tweaks to Face Masks of Skyrim by volvaga0, and wanted to share them with the community. Uploaded with permission from volvaga0.
The original mod is REQUIRED. This is only a modified .esp; it does not contain any meshes or textures.
What this mod does:

Weights for masks w/scarf have been changed from 0 to 1.0
Weights for masks w/o scarf have been changed from 0 to 0.5
Values for masks w/scarf have been changed from 0 to 10
Values for masks w/o scarf have been changed from 0 to 5
All masks have been added to Bandit leveled lists/outfits with a 50% chance
Updated .esp to Form44
Optional esl-flagged ESP (this requires a NEW GAME as it changes FormIDs)
