I have created it while learning how to handle perks and magic effects, but considering that it's fully functional from technical standpoint, I guess I might as well share it.

SPID is used to distribute it to NPCs. You don't need it for core functionality, but it's better when everyone plays by the same rules.

When actor's health goes below 20%, they will enter heavily wounded state, which applies following debuffs:
  • HP regeneration stops
  • Stamina is quickly drained
  • Walking speed and carry weight reduced by 50%
  • Healing reduced by 95% (includes spells, potions, and food)

This leads to some gameplay consequences:
  • You are forced to properly manage your health during combat
  • It works as incentive to have a healer follower
  • Enemy NPCs who like to fall back and heal won't be able to do it so quickly

If theory doesn't translate well to practice I'm open for feedback and balance changes.

There are no special animations included, but I have created DAR folder with proper conditions, so if you find suitable animations you can drop them there and they will play when debuff is active.
