Description: This patch solves the problem that when Sekiro Combat S and POISE - Stagger Overhaul SKSE are used together, stagger does not occur even if stamina is below 10% when Timed Block succeeds.
It seems that loki_POISE.esp edits the record about Stagger in Idle Animation, so Stagger in Magic Effect's Effect Archetypes no longer generates stagger. This patch changes the stagger to be generated by a script attached to the Magic Effect. This allows the two mods to be used together without problems.
