OWL patch for NordWarUA's Vanilla Armor Replacers Standalone and Race Armor Expansion

I'm surprised that these don't exist yet, to be honest.
NordWarUA's Vanilla Armor and Weapon Expansion Standalone - All armors save for specialty gear, like the Wolf and Harbinger armors, are integrated into their respective OWL leveled lists. I changed the stats of the Nordic armor to be equivalent to steel plate armor, and it appears in steel plate leveled lists. The corresponding shield and weapons are not affected. I can upload a version without the stat change if someone wants it (I don't, I think the armor makes much more sense as a steel plate alternative).
NordWarUA's Race Armor Expansion - Orcish armors appear on Orcish leveled lists. Thalmor armors appear on Thalmor leveled lists starting at level 10 for the regular set and 20 for the elite set.
