-A medium sized player home, with kitchen, bath, living room, enchanting/alchemy room and smelting
-Dwarven Spider pet that roams around
-Designed for Lux, directly compatible with Northern Roads
-All crafting furniture

Just outside Markarth, right by the Salvius Farm

Initium was first and foremost designed for Lux. A non lux version does exist for those who want it though.
Initium needs to be below Lux in your load order.
