Simply put, this mod removes the annoying fog/leaf camera effect in certain parts of Falmervalley. The winteraspens don't have leaves (yet the leaves are still falling from the heavens?) and the fog that pops in and out is just annoying with no atmospheric element to it. See pictures. Also see Dimmer Apocrypha Smoke that addresses similarly annoying fog in Apocrypha.
Compatibility:
Everything afaik. Doesn't change any base refs, turns the actual camera effect that latches on to your screen into haybales and removes them. Why haybales - because it was the first thing that popped into my ssedit feed when changing the refs.
Install:
MO2 as normal. For some reason for this mod to work it requires a new save. I don't really know why, the refs aren't persistent or anything.
