My friend and I were admiring Cathedral's latest additions to our modlist - truly they are gorgeous - and we thought what if we could make it look like late summer closer to home? So we did.

The other plants are already nostalgic to us (perfect thistle is perfect), so for now these tweaks only involve clover, sword ferns, and thicket/Dead Shrub. They blend well with fall forest ferns and reach/pineforest ferns...on our screens at least. I can't help it if your ENB and screen looks different.

For appearance comparisons, look at photo called "reference." That has the drier ferns, default Cathedral clovers, and Veydosebrom Regions in the same picture. The grass and ferns appear to be more dry, and the default clovers appear to be earlier in the season. If you want it to look like spring, recommend Cathedral 3D Pine Grass and default colors of the originals.

All credit to DrJacopo and those listed on the original mods. Refer to original mods for permissions. Don't forget to endorse them or your load order will be cursed! My grandma said so.

Clover edits:

I opened the texture in photoshop and put a sepia filter on it.

Sword fern edits:

Using the desaturated version, working on the greenest leaf only, I desaturated a small amount. I then lightened the midtones a small amount. I darkened the middle shadows a small amount. And then I added a sepia filter to the whole texture.

Thicket edits:

On non-snowy bark, I adjusted color balance. Then I added a very dark olive filter to "sunbleed" most of the remaining redness. Then I increased vibrance to preserve the bark detail and deepest remaining pigments.
