Basics/TLDR:
Download and Install Melodies. Download and Install Nyghtfall. Download and Install Elder Songs - select all options on the first screen and NOTHING from the second and third (no patches or menu replacer). Download and Install this mods. Keep all mods active in your load order (in the order I just said). Keep them low in your load order.

Full Description: 
This is a test file only, not guaranteed to work. If I get 10 modders that say it works well for them I will remove the test status. Anyone who tests this please comment on whether it works or if I somehow screwed up. I am happy to correct any failings if you point them out and I understand how.

I've tested on several of my own MO2 profiles vanilla and heavily modded and it appears to be working nicely. Please note that silent tracks are ADDED by one of the mods in this patch so you may have MORE moments of silence. Do not install the menu replacers or any patches inside the FOMODs from the original mods, as I did not include that and it probably won't work.

I am NOT a modder and cannot troubleshoot in a significant way but I'll try. I've only made a few simple little files over the years and am not a wizard like most of the incredibly talented people posting here. All credit for this patch goes to the original creators, as well as double credit to the fantastic MadVintage for their tutorial, of which this is a product.

This is DEPENDENT on the mods listed. It does nothing on it's own and only contains references to make the other mods work together. Download and install the proper mods.

My LOAD ORDER for this is Melodies, Nyghtfall, The Elder Songs, This Merge Patch. I place these very low in the load order, pretty much last before FNIS and DynDOLOD. I did not include this in any bashed patch etc, because every other merge file I tried from Nexus Mods that I bashed would not work even with the music bash tag added. So I placed this after that patch, you may not be using that anyway since apparently it's been replaced with another program (I am out of touch as I haven't played Skyrim in 5 years).
