Added magicka and stamina options

First iteration
When activated the player inventory will open automatically as the player's health or magicka or stamina drops past a set percentage. The MCM menu allows to change this percentage. If activated after health is already below the set percentage, nothing will happen. Works by adding (when activated) an ability to the player whose magic effect is set to take effect when players health fall bellow the value of a custom global variable. If a giant one shot kills you then you're dead, no inventory! When deactivated the ability is removed. I couldn't find a way to auto apply health potions via script, and also, what if you don't have any health potions? Maybe a quick fortify or regenerate might help. At least, perhaps you could kill yourself and deny your opponent the honour of the kill:)
If you set the percentage too low, you might find that some enemies will kill so quickly that the effect and its script do not have time to kick in! So you still need to SAVE!
Tiny little mod so esl flagged, do not merge though since the Diziet's Misc MCM Menus mod will reference it by esp name and FormIDs.
