Adds two small houses and a stable-like building (from the COTN Winterhold JK patch) to the glorious Cities of the North - Winterhold. Like many others I love the COTN series, and like many others I feel that Winterhold was way too small in Skyrim to be a hold capital, especially one once rivaling Solitude. So here's my contribution towards making Winterhold feel more like a real city.

Intended combo for the complete CN Winterhold experience:
Features
- Two small houses, one storage/stable
- Houses have occlusion planes to improve performance
- Houses have navcut collision boxes (so no navmesh edits)
- minimum landscape edits to vanilla COTN (added snow dirt path to houses, landscape edit can be removed if it causes issues)
- No interiors for the houses, they're strictly aesthetic
- ESL-flagged plugin
Intended combo for the complete CN Winterhold experience:
- COTN Winterhold Blacksmith
- Ancient Winterhold Wall for JK and COTN
- COTN Winterhold - More houses (load houses after the wall)
- Winterhold Docks (load last of any of these)
