dim. is a very simple ReShade preset designed for bleak and foggy atmospheres.
It's designed around vanilla weather colours, but I'm sure it will probably complement with any weather mod your heart desires. It aims to bring a bit more colour and contrast to your game, while also smoothing out the screen just a little bit with some ambient light.
INSTALLATION:
1. Download and install ReShade, you'll only need the default shaders.
2. Drag the .ini anywhere in your Skyrim installation, probably a good idea to have it right alongside the reshade-shaders folder.
3. Start the game, and activate the preset in the ReShade menu.
