Simply place in
skse\plugins\CharGen\Presets
and load with racemenu

A: Sometimes presets can have their json information wrong.
Go into the CharGen\Preset folder and open the .json file in Notepad, Ctrl+F to search for "skin" and change the data entry under skinOverrides to the following:
Change this:
To this:
Then save the preset in racemenu. Your skin wont be shiny anymore!
