I liked Cathedral 3D Flowers so much and the blue ones with the snow and small pine trees I decided to add some more. I do have Better Dynamic Snow so that could affect some floating flowers if you do not.

As said above. Shahvee went to talk to Ulfric one day as she is as bold as kind. She told him that she could not fight for his honor as she was too old but loved the Stormcloaks and him with all her heart. She told him she would make Windhelm beautiful with Stormcloak blue flowers to show her support for the Ebonheart Pact and the Argonian people really feel. No the small minority of Nords and Argonians that have testosterone and drinking issues. Ulfric was very pleased and impressed. She even brought Galmar a porkchop sandwich with the bone in it the way he likes, which of course made him happy.
