Automatically sheathe weapons in dialogue and after 15 seconds out of combat.

Make the player resheathe weapons when dialogue starts or after 15 seconds of no combat action (no attack or block).
Made for my load order and to learn papyrus/skyrim scripting.
I recommend the mod Sprint Sneak Movement Speed Fix in case the sheathing take place in a sprint.
Should be compatible with Immersive Speechcraft SE if you disable dialogue sheathe.

2.0 - You can now change the time (in seconds) before the resheathe in this mod SKSE/Plugins/StorageUtilData/AutoSheatheWeaponsSettings.json file.
- Default time is now 15 seconds.
- You can now draw an arrow or use a concentration spell without being interrupted by the resheathe.
- Made the dialogue detection better, it should now be instant and also fire when NPCs engage the conversation.
- Made the time in menu not count (only if the menu stop time).
- The file is now ESL tagged.
2.1 - Fixed a bug caused by drawing your weapon too early after the auto sheathe.
- You can now choose to enable/disable the dialogue or time sheathe in the config.json, please write only "True" or "False" ( "True" by default).
- Note for Skyrim Souls RE users : time spent in unpaused menu will be added to the timer (even more time to wait before sheathe), for non Skyrim Souls RE users time in menu is not counted.
2.2 - Now also check if the player is in a combat state, if its the case you will not automatically resheathe in front of the ennemies. (Before the mod was checking only for the last attack time.)
- Now fully compatible with Skyrim's Paraglider
- Now ESL flagged. (still .esp but not taking a spot in the esp+esm limit)
Only tested with skyrim 1.5.97 but may work on newer version.
