About this mod
Turns all male housecarls into females, Iona and Jordis made prettier, Lydia untouched. All housecarls are also slightly stronger, essential and level up to level 100.
Update-All new version with Apachii hairs and RDO voices.

I never liked the male housecarls so I changed them into females, Iona and Jordis are also quite ugly in vanilla game so I changed their appearance as well, Lydia's appearance is untouched as she is the most famous follower in the entire game so I didnt want to alter her appearance in any way.
All housecarls will now level up to level 100 and their defensive and offensive capabilities are a bit better, I didnt overpower them, but housecarls are supposedly elite warriors and yet none of them has any perks whatsoever, I added several perks that will make them more durable (WellFitted/Tower of Strength/MatchingSetHeavy) and a bit stronger offensively (FightingStance/Savage Strike). It is nothing major, but it does make them a bit better than other followers in Skyrim as befitting elite warriors which they supposedly are.
They are also made Essential so you dont have to worry about killing them by accident and have the LightFoot perk so they wont trigger any traps.
Argis the Bulwark is now Thora the Bulwark, Calder is now Sigrun.
There might be an optional version with Apachii hairs in the future.
Note-depending on face mods you have installed their appearance will vary to a degree, I use Mature Skin which is very close to vanilla.

Update-optional version that gives them completely new faces, Apachii hairs and new RDO voices. This version REQUIRES ApachiiSkyHair SSE Version 1.5 and Relationship Dialogue Overhaul to work.
Installation:
Use NMM or extract the archive and copy meshes, textures and AllFemaleHousecarls.esp to your Data folder.
Activate the mod.
Uninstallation:
Uninstall with NMM or delete mod files.
