Gave the armor a more logical price and made dwarven smithing perk be required for smithing it.

Slight spoilers for the forgotten city.
In one ending of the quest mod you are able to learn the recipe for crafting immaculate dwarven armor, by default you don't actually need the dwarven smithing perk to do this so I changed it so dwarven smithing is required.
by default immaculate dwarven armor is worth the same as regular dwarven armor despite being rarer, stronger and requiring more ingredients so I edited the price of the armor to be slightly more expensive.
Immaculate Dwarven Armor 400 -> 450
Immaculate Dwarven Gauntlets 85 -> 105
Immaculate Dwarven Boots 85 -> 105
Immaculate Dwarven Helmet 200 -> 235
