These are my Vanilla LODs using only the Creation Club Content from the Anniversary Edition upgrade.
Grass Cache included.
I highly recommend you do your own LODs for your load order, but I understand not everyone understands how, or can't.
So here is my free help to you friends.
Skyrim.ini Settings:

iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=15
iMinGrassSize=45
No Grass in Objects GrassControl.ini Settings:
Use-grass-cache = true
Only-load-from-cache = true
