Basically adds a 24 hour cooldown to most of Illia's idle dialogue so you'll hear more unique lines and also just get spammed less with her dialogue.
This is for those that choose not to use Configurable Commenttary Rate Slider mod, as that affects all dialogue in the game, while this mod only affects Illia.
