About this mod

Distributes selected outfits from Armor Bodysuits to NPCs by replacing vanilla outfits using Spell Perk Item Distributor. ESL flagged.

Donations
 A mod to assign more than 30 new outfits from the excellent Armor Bodysuits mod to many NPCs throughout Skyrim. The outfits are distributed using SPID, so no NPC records are changed, eliminating the need for patches for appearance overhauls.

Most of the distribution is done by replacing vanilla outfits but there are also some manually assigned and you can configure the ini file to your personal taste. The config looks at what the NPC is wearing at the start of the game and replaces it with an outfit created by this mod.

For example if an NPC starts the game with the outfit 'ArmorHideSimpleOutfit' this will be replace by a version using Armor Bodysuits.

Please bear in mind that they have to have this outfit assigned when the game starts (or before this mod is installed) If they've already had their outfit changed by another mod then the assignment won't work.

In most cases I've not included helmets in the outfits as they didn't really match. I've also added some variations so not all outfits have matching gauntlets or boots.

There are also eight outfits that I've arbitrarily assigned to different NPCs as an example, but this can be easily be changed to your liking.

Some of the replacers may not work very well as the outfits involved are not generally assigned to NPCs, but again, you can edit the DISTR file to assign outfits manually.

Installation
Works best on a new game but can be used on a existing save too. Simply install like you would any other mod using your favourite mod manager, or to install manually just unpack it and drop it in your Skyrim data folder.

As the mod uses SPID which is an SKSE plug-in, it should be safe to uninstall, but you would need to use the 'resetinventory' command on any affected NPCs.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything, obviously if other mods change the same NPC outfits they may conflict. It should work with other SPID mods, whichever mod loads last alphabetically will assign the outfit you prefer to an NPC.

To sort out conflicts you can rename DISTR files by adding letters at the start. For example if you want this mod to overwrite another SPID mod, rename the DISTR file to something like zzzABSSPID_DISTR.ini.

Notes
Please bear in mind that all this mod does is distribute outfits from another mod, any issues regarding clipping etc will need to be addressed using the outfit mod page.

If you see naked NPCs please report this on the SPID page.

Outfits from levelled lists are not affected.

Configuration
Hopefully most users will be happy with the mod as it is, but you can change certain things to your liking. If there's an outfit you don't want to be distributed, just open the DISTR.ini file and delete the line.

For example if you don't want the Nightingale outfit to be replaced, find the line;

Outfit = 0x81A~Armor Body Suits SPID.esp|NONE|NightingaleOutfit|NONE|F|NONE|100

And either delete the whole line, or tell the ini file to ignore it by adding a ; at the start of the line.

If you think the Leather Armour outfit would look good on Ysolda, find this line and copy it and paste it.

Outfit = 0x818~Armor Body Suits SPID.esp|NONE|ArmorLeatherAllOutfit|NONE|F|NONE|100

Then edit the copied line to look like this;

Outfit = 0x818~Armor Body Suits SPID.esp|Ysolda

If you think it would also look good on Haelga, add her name with a comma after Ysolda, like this;

Outfit = 0x818~Armor Body Suits SPID.esp|Ysolda,Haelga

If you don't want Irileth to get the Amber Bodysuit, just delete this line, or change it to include another NPC instead.

Outfit = 0x821~Armor Body Suits SPID.esp|Irileth

Most outfits are assigned with 100% chance but there are a few variations with a 50% chance. You can change the 100 to something else to get a more random distribution.

Please see the article for the full list of outfit records that this mod replaces.
