Patches for QW's Grass Patch 2, Skoglendi - A Grass Mod, and Cathedral - 3D Solstheim Grass. Brown Tundra addon for Skoglendi required. The patches assume "none" was selected in the Skoglendi FOMOD's grass coverage section.
These are Method patches, so if you have all 3 of the above mods, you should use all 3 provided patches (with the 3-way patch loaded last).
