Easy, just make an overhaul to Saints and Seducer from AE.

Fair Skin
CBBE 3BA Creation Club Outfit
Botox For Skyrim
Compatibility:
Can have some compatibility issues with other custom races, but i think that only matter when using a "playable" race, saints and seducers are not playable.
Already compatible with Dremora mod I made, But this mod should be loaded after that mod.
Requires Botox for Skyrim, or KS hairdos, both should work
