Balance and Compatibility patch for Requiem and Bosmer Armor Pack.

Balance and Compatibility patch for Requiem and Bosmer Armor Pack. (also requires Bosmer Armor Pack Fixed and Balanced)
- Includes Engraved Bosmer Armor and Wild Hunt Armor (Heavy) + 2 weapons + 1 arrows (everything else is removed)
- Rebalanced the armor/weapons/arrows
- Rebalanced the crafting/temper recipes
- Bosmer Armor is available to buy in the drunken huntsman, craftable with elven smithing, some NPCs wear it
- Wild Hunt Armor (Heavy) is available from a new boss in Shadowgreen Cavern
- The boss also has a new enchanted variant of the Bosmer Bow, rebalanced the boss (level 50)
