Navigation Add-On for Sailable Ship VR and SE

Description:
Use VR controllers* to sail any ship included in Sailable Ship VR and SE without the need of being attached to the ship. Move the player at will while sailing simultaneously. Remote control your ship from off-board.
* only tested with Oculus Touch controllers.

Mod Requirements:
Sailable Ship VR and SE and its requirements.

Game Requirements:
You must be able to (re)bind your controller buttons to:
A -> "Toggle POV" (this will be your turn right button)
B -> "Camera Path" (throttle forward)
X -> "Zoom Out" (turn left)
Y -> "Zoom In" (throttle reverse)

I used those binds because, in VR, those clicks are inconsequential so you can still use the A, B, X, and Y buttons as modifiers in button combos, for
example, to open SpellWheel or use VRIK gestures. I don't advise to bind ship functions to either trigger or grip buttons, as those are generally used for important functions during normal gameplay.

If you don't know how to (re)bind VR controller buttons, I suggest you to download one of the several mods you can find at Nexus site. Those will make the task much easier.

Ship operation:
Ship mechanics are very similar to the original mod, the only difference is that you will use the VR controller buttons to sail it.
Activate the ship and start normal sailing, then select Walk on Deck, now you're able to use your VR controllers.
To throttle up forward one level, click (and hold for a second) the throttle forward button once (see above for bindings), click again for next speed level. To throttle down one level, click (and hold for a second) once the throttle reverse button. Do the opposite to sail in reverse.

For turning, click (and hold for a second) the corresponding button once. The ship will begin to turn at a constant rate. Click the opposite side button to cancel turning. Do the same for turning to the other side.
