Heterodoxy
n. something that is contrary to or different from an acknowledged standard or traditional form
Heterodoxy is an add-on for Sorcerer that adds craftable variants of every Mysticism staff using alternate staff models. This serves the dual purpose of allowing the staves using these models to be more closely integrated with Simonrim's changes (naming conventions, spell distribution, etc) and allowing you to make use of these models if you happen to like them.

Since this mod adds a lot of crafting recipes of to the Staff Enchanter, all Heterodoxy staff recipes will only appear if you have an appropriate unenchanted staff in your inventory.

Module - Falmer
The Falmer module expands the list of staves that Falmer shaman can spawn with, adding Mysticism's poison spells and Conjure Skeleton spells. Very low level shaman can also spawn with novice level staves, which don't exist in vanilla. Unenchanted Falmer Staves have a chance to be found anywhere Falmer loot could result in a soul gem (in vanilla, this is Falmer chests and shamans).

Module - Forsworn
The Forsworn module adds a set of staves using the (extremely underused) vanilla Forsworn staff model. Forsworn shamans will have a 30% chance to have a staff (up from 10% in vanilla), with an expanded suite of spells (adding the Conjure Spectral X spells, poison spells, and vampiric spells) and all using the Forsworn staff model. Unenchanted Forsworn Staves can show up anywhere that Forsworn loot could contain soul gems.

Module - Thalmor
The Thalmor module adds a set of Elven staves using the fantastic assets from Fulcimentum by tak_oz. 50% of Thalmor Wizards and 25% of other Thalmor enemies will spawn with a staff in their inventory, and all of them have a 10% chance to drop an unenchanted staff on death. They can have more or less all the basic Destruction staves with a few more niche ones sprinkled in at higher levels (leeching, etc).

Module - BS Goblins
The Beyond Skyrim Goblins module adds higher level Conjure Spectral X spells from Mysticism to the list of staves Goblin Shamans can spawn with (they already had the lowest level of this, so adding the later ones made sense). The module uses SPID to distribute unenchanted goblin staves to Goblin Shamans, since there wasn't a nice place to put them and there's not enough goblins in the released part of Beyond Skyrim to make adding a new leveled list to a bunch of NPCs and containers worth the effort.

Module - Dwemer Spectres
The Dwemer Spectres module adds dwarven staves using the fantastic assets from Fulcimentum by tak_oz. 50% of Spectre Mages will have a staff, and 25% of them will drop an unenchanted dwarven staff. 25% of Spectre Tonal Architects will have a staff from this mod instead of their typical one, and 50% of them will drop an unenchanted staff. One of the bosses will also have a staff and will always drop an unenchanted staff. This module is fully compatible with my Tonal Weapons For Dwemer Spectres mod as they both touch different records.

Compatibility

The only external records modified by any of the modules are leveled lists. You might need to use something like Wrye Bash to merge leveled lists if there's a conflict but I don't think there are all that many mods touching these specific lists in the first place.

The variants in this mod were generated by my own Staff Duplicator, and that can be used to create patches for any additional spells you might want to have. To mimic the staves in this mod, uncheck "Patch Leveled Lists" and check "Hide Recipes" and use EMG_StaffTemplateFalmer, EMG_StaffTemplateElven, EMG_StaffTemplateGoblin, EMG_StaffTemplateDwemer, and/or StaffTemplateForsworn as the base staves.

All modules are ESL flagged.
