I tested ingame and my sexy catman did not morph into a horrifying abomination and also magically change race when I use a potion of embracing anymore so this should probably work for you too. Hopefully.
Don't combine with any other custom race sacrosanct patches. They all seem to overwrite the same thing (it's just two tiny formlists!). Only use this in a save where you are playing or planning on playing an Ohmes-raht vampire.
Quickly cobbled together for the sake of my Big Modlist. If I get it to work I will eat my entire shoe.
