This mod removes the blur/flash effect that would play when you are casting spells and or using a staff weapons.

Created with advise from TactWithMolag and inspired by his mod Shout screen remover, this mods removes the "image spaces" effect when casting spells and or making use of staff weapons.
When casting spells in rapid succession you would not trigger the flash/blur effect every time this both breaking your immersion, and your eye sight.
This should solve that issue by removing the effect all together and not temporarily blinding you every other time you want to cast a shock spell.
Requirements
Dragonborn ,Dawnguard and Hearthfire additionally this mod was created with both Stormcrown and Mysticism active, Maine file only.
Additionally i have now added a optional file that doesn't require Stormcrown or Mysticism active.
Installation
Install as usual, manually or with a Mod Manager, the mod is ESL flagged so won't take up a space in your load order.
This is the First mod that am releasing.
Any issues please let me know and I will work to correct them and update when possible.
