This mod provides general distribution of Sovereign's Slayer armor through SPID. Selects female NPCs at a 5% chance who wear Steel Plate outfits as well as bandits with a Heavy Armor rating of at least 40. Chance is set pretty low because there are 5 color variants, but distribution hasn't been heavily tested so it might need to be increased, let me know.
