Capital Windhelm Expansion is great. Open Capital Windhelm moreso. But it is taxing especially with patches and add-ons such as Jonado's patches for JK's Skyrim and Dawn of Skyrim. And eFPS is generally helpful, but with the changes and expansions made with Open and Consistent Capital Windhelm, there are a few spots that are less than visible. For this reason, the mages of Windhelm have decided to whisk away a few select planes to solve this issue. They also assure me that if you were able to run Open Capital Windhelm before, there will be no performance difference. Hopefully this allows more people to use these mods as eFPS makes it more manageable.
Made for USSEP version 4.2.9a and Open Cities version 3.1.10. Won't be updated to newer versions.
