Changelogs
Version 1.0
Initial upload
There were a few dialogue lines with wrong file names in the mod More Racism in Windhelm, resulting in silent dialogue for NPCs using them. This is likely because they were missed when the mod was compacted for ESL flagging. The included plugin corrects the subtitles of one dialogue line so they match what the NPC says.
Mnikjom, who originally ported the mod More Racism in Windhelm to SE, has stated on their mod page that the mod is feature complete and that they won't fix any remaining issues. The posts and bug sections are also closed, preventing any issues from being reported. This is why I'm uploading this as a separate mod.
Note: The "Stormcloak Guard Officer" NPCs (who were previously silent) use a mix of vanilla dialogue from different voice types, which can be a bit immersion breaking. These are the voice files that came with the mod. This is something I can't and won't fix, as there are no matching dialogue lines in the correct voice types available. However, unless you spam activate the officer to make him cycle through his lines, this shouldn't be super noticeable. Credits: LoneWolf for the original mod mnikjom for the SE port
