About this mod
This mod lets you avoid killing monsters. Changes recipes to avoid using monster parts, renames and re-sprites monster drops to be much less violent, adds adventurer's guild hats to certain shops, and a small chain of letters the adventurer's guild sends you that contain all recipes unlocked via leveling combat. Configurable.

I made this mod because I personally don't prefer running pacifist valley in my modpack since it kind of kills my immersion. I tried to make this one more immersive by adding challenges to unlock slayer quest rewards and having the guild members react to your choices to not kill anything.
Marlon is initially kind of rude because he disagrees with your philosophy while Gil is more neutral about your situation.
Notable changes to the game:
Adds a PFM machine called "buggy bin" which generates bug
Adds two weapons sold by Robin and Krobus which do no damage but have lots of knockback to keep annoying bats at bay. (Assets used with permission from the Non-lethal Weapons Mod made by the talented Draylon.)
Krobus, Dwarf, and Marlon sell the hats that are usually only unlocked via slayer rewards.
Gil and Marlon mail you a bunch of free recipes and stuff for every ~10 floors you go into the mines.
Slime egg-press can use petrified slime to make eggs now, allowing you to start your slime farms a lot easier. (doesn't replace the old recipe)
Krobus stocks all monster drops.
Note: Resprites/renames are toggled off by default in the config.
