Sooooooo, I learned how to make Fashion Packs :D. I scrounged around on Naver and found a male set of clothing that allowed some parts to be redistributed so I went ahead and did it! 

This mod was not made with the vanilla farmer body in mind, I recommend GH's body if you cannot access Naver Cafe. 

You may notice that the preview image has sleeves while this does not.
I unfortunately do not know how to merge the two png's and even if I did, I wouldn't be allowed to distribute that version without permission. 

I recommend either making a naver account and getting the sleeves mod yourself (which imo, looks best) or, use a different sleeves mod.
GH's comes with sleeves but they're very annoying so I recommend Lamron's sleeves (the FS version is in the replies of that mod, get it while you can). 
Neither sleeve mod auto matches colors with this mod (I think this is my fault so I'll try to fix it) so you'll have to color match. Sorry :(

Also, you'll have to find some nice pants to go with these.
The original post has some cute pants but I can't distribute without explicit permission.
I will make a comment to ask and convert them if permission is given. 

This set has some backpacks that come with it but when I tried, all of it was backwards so when I figure that mess out, I will update this mod.

This set also works with female farmers, the body will just be kinda bulky. It has some cute stuff in it imo, so it may be worth it.
