Why does the Full Version need an Installer?

During development of the Mod did I really try to find a way to get access to the soundfiles of the game without unpacking them, but this is actually with content patcher not possible. Then I guessed its ok when I deliver the soundfiles encoded in OGG within the Mod package, but Im not a new modder and know that this is not the correct way to do that. The correct way is to extract & encode the soundfiles by the Mod User. As to write a big tutorial on how to extract & encode the soundfiles did I decide to wrote a small installer which performs this action. The reason why I dont pack unxwb & ffmpeg with the package is nearly the same as to deliver the soundfiles. Both applications aren't made by me and I also dont want that my installer has to perform a download for security reasons.
