It's the Garfield image encoded to .bk2, dunno what else to say really. Did it for shits and giggles, and a friend talked me into putting it here.
Might look a bit iffy since source image was 1280x720, but hey.
Original image appears to have been made by u/J8oot on reddit (source thread)
Go to the data/video dir where Starfield is installed (like C:\games\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starfield\Data\video), backup the old MainMenuLoop.bk2 if you want (for example just add a .x or something to the end of it so it becomes "MainMenuLoop.bk2.x") and unpack the included MainMenuLoop.bk2 there
To get rid of the regular logo, use Cleanfield - A No-Intro Videos And Clean Menu Fix
