Enabling the "Hide Spacesuit in Settlements" option in the Inventory -> Spacesuits menu will now also hide your spacesuit in breathable areas (or on breathable ships or Home Ship).

DESCRIPTION:

Enabling the "Hide Spacesuit in Settlements" option in the Inventory -> Spacesuits menu will now also hide your spacesuit in breathable areas (or on breathable ships or Home Ship).

KNOWN ISSUES:

  • Striker Maskwear obscures view when piloting a ship in first person (vanilla bug).
  • Sometimes spacesuits or helmets will not be visible regardless of whether the atmosphere is breathable or not (vanilla bug).

INSTALLATION:

Default game location

Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield
Game Pass: C:\XboxGames\Starfield\Content

Mod Organizer 2.5.0 or higher (Recommended)

  • Enable Archive Invalidation.
  • Install the mod via your mod manager.
  • Select the ESMs you want to use from the Plugins tab in the right panel.
  • Launch the game with Mod Organizer 2.

Vortex

  • Enable Archive Invalidation.
  • Install the mod via your mod manager.
  • Open Vortex and navigate to Load Order in the left panel.
  • Click Enable Plugin Management (if shown).
  • Select the ESMs you want to use.
  • Launch the game with Vortex.

Manual

  • Enable Archive Invalidation.
  • Navigate to your game's root folder (the folder containing Starfield.exe).
  • Extract the ESM files into your game's root "Data" folder.
  • Launch the game.
  • Navigate to Creations in the main menu and press Load Order.
  • Select the ESMs you want to use.
