This page contains 4 saves files for download in both Steam or Xbox PC versions
Steam Immersive + Xbox PC Immersive : the vanilla experience
Start with exactly what you would usually start with at the beginning of NG+11 which is simply the Starborn Guardian VI ship, Starborn Spacesuit Venator & Max Powers. The level is at 50 with 50 unspent skill points.
Steam Maxed + Xbox PC Maxed : the overpowered experience
Time for carnage! Start with all skills, powers maxed, all skill books as well as *every single* named legendary and unique weapon in the game - even ones that are not suppose to be earned together, and course the Starborn Guardian VI ship and Starborn Spacesuit Venator. The level is at 50.
All have: Bounty Hunter background
Alien DNA, Isolated & Wanted traits
No quest progress
Achievements enabled
Outpost, weapon & armor research completed

How to import - Steam
Backup your saves!
Extract relevant file of choice to:C:\Users\....<username>...\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Saves
Recommended to use:SFAE - Starfield Achievement Enabler

How to import - Xbox PC
Importing a save with Xbox PC is more tricky than doing it with steam so follow the instructions carefully
1 - Download and unzip the folder of 3 files provided.
The two folders are needed for one save and the other file appends the game that the save exists and to display it.
Don't use all three and the save could be corrupted.
2 - Press Windows+R to bring up the run box and enter %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\BethesdaSoftworks.ProjectGold_3275kfvn8vcwc\SystemAppData\wgs
Thank you Microsoft for this super convenient save location. /s
There will be 2 folders. One that is just named "t". Ignore It. The other is named with long string of letters and numbers. This long named folder is uniquely dedicated to your specific Xbox account saves for this particular game. If you were to replace it with another folder name it would either not load, not detect any saves or disappear when you launched the game while online.
3 - Backup that folder & *Disconnect internet*
4 - Paste the contents of the downloaded save folders/file into aforementioned existing folder. Replace file when it asks you to (it's just inserting code into containers.index - your save files are safe)
5 - Launch game as you usually would do. Ignore its complaints that you are not online
6 - If it attempts for some reason to sync just press cancel and continue with the launch
7. Load the new save game
8 - Do a save to an empty slot, load into that save, and then exit the game to desktop.
9 - Reconnect internet
10 - Launch as usual. If it asked to sync, let it, this may take a while depending on your internet speed
