This is so you can recruit most of the named elite crew members and get to know them, without having to cheat with a console command. This mod also edits habs that increase crew capacity to more effectively add crew stations on your homeship.

Increased level 4 of the perk to raise the crew cap to 28 instead of 23.
Changed cockpits, control stations, battle stations, and engineering habs to give them crew capacity matching their crew slot value. Also changed workshop, infirmary, computer core, mess hall, and brig habs giving them each 1 crew capacity and 1 crew slot.

Note if installing to a game save where you already have the ship command perk. The change probably only fires at the moment when you increase your perk rank. If you already have the perk leveled up you can console player.removeperk 002C53B3 That will remove the perk entirely then you can console player.addperk 002C53B3 however many times needed to put yourself back to the rank you were on. This would also be necessary even at ranks 1-3 because you wouldn't be able to have enough crew to complete the challenges to rank up further without doing this.
