Plugin-less RTFP filter to make junk items unlootable.

This mod adds a keyword to most misc items that makes them unlootable in the open world. It does not change their value, weight, etc; only prevents them from showing up when you are looking at them in the world.
Compared to other implementations, this mod has a few advantages:
- Using advanced keyword filters, it can detect junk items added by DLC and other mods, and avoid tagging items like contraband and materials
- Because this mod uses RTFP, it doesn't consume a plugin slot or conflict with other mods altering the same items
- There is no risk of broken load orders or mismatched plugin info due to using pre-xEdit modding tools
COMPATIBILITY
Since this mod adds keywords at runtime, it should be fully compatible with any other misc item changes.
Any plugins that add or modify any junk items should automatically be accounted for by the filter rules.
REQUIREMENTS
Real Time Form Patcher (v1.09 or higher): This mod does all the magic. If you have too old of a version, this mod will likely cause incorrect items to be marked and unlootable.

Please report any issues you find with items that you think should(n't) be lootable, in the comments section. If possible include the formid or name of the item so I can find the proper keywords to include in future versions. Thank you for your support!
