first file
space suits will default to slightly higher tiers
this means that they will start at quality 3-5 and not 1 and 2
yes this also allows the mantis suit set to spawn at only quality 4 or 5

space suit sets which will spawn in the leveled lists which previously did not - this includes backpacks and helmets for the following
navigator, ranger, all United colonies, varuun, orange miner, cydonia assault


second file
space suits which had no stats now have stats
this includes the following
constellation, explorer, mark 1, mercury

allows the mercenary, and both bounty hunter suits to have quality tiers
makes boost packs available for the kidstuff backpack, ground crew, explorer, mercury, 

explorer will only spawn at quality 5  
ground crew will only spawn at quality 3 or 4
bounty hunter will only spawn at quality 3-5
trackers alliance will only spawn at quality 4 or 5
constellation can spawn 4 to 5 or 3 to 5, depending on slot
mercury, mark 1 and explorer default to quality 5 
the kids backpack defaults to quality 4
constellation backpack will now accept mods.  default is armor plated legendary, can still accept 2 more
constellation helmet defaults to sensor chip legend 3
the mark one and explorer both come with their own sets of legendaries
the mercury suit pieces now accept mods

the monster costume now accepts mods and has it's own set of legendaries

3rd file
the separate clothing overhaul from Ultimate Armaments Collection
this also includes 2 space suit mods



install - load near the end 
uninstall - probably just delete
