Six of the built-in growable plants have a "blowing in the wind" animation:

Bulbo Tree
The animation looks great outdoors, but it makes a little less sense indoors. This mod disables the animation on land plants which are grown in a sub or seabase (including plants added by the Decorations Mod). Land plants which are grown outdoors (e.g. using the "Long Planter" from Decorations Mod) should continue to move.
