Allows Changes to the Powerconsumption of Seamoth, Exosuit and its arms.
Allows changes to the charge amount upon crafting/creation of all Batterys and Powercells.

Well... this mod is supposed to change that.
Customize the Power consumption of the Prawn and Seamoth with a simple text file.
Customize the Power consumption of each armmodule seperate.
Change the amount of Charge (in %) contained within new batterys and powercells.
Change the overall Capacity of all Batterys. (removal planned, tho)
