Added custom multiplier
Now the oxygen tanks are not filled with air automatically. This can only be done at the fabricator. Just come and look at it. Also the capacities of all oxygen tanks were increased. Standard Tank - 200 High Capacity Tank - 400 Lightweight High Capacity Tank - 400 Ultra High Capacity Tank - 800
In the game menu you can change predefined multiplier of capacities. In the settings.json you can change custom multiplier (file settings.json will appear in the mod folder after loading your save).
