This is a near perfect replica of 112 Ocean Ave. built in Sims 4. I recreated the house using TONS of reference pictures, videos, the actual floor plans, and the crime scene photos. The house is almost exactly how it was the night of November 13, 1974. There are only a few things with the build that aren't accurate due to the limitations of the game. The basement is there, however it's inaccessible due to the placement of the basement stairs in the real house. Also keep in mind that it's not really a "functional" house. With the way The Sims works and the way the house is furnished they can't get to most stuff lol. So if you keep the house as is, then it's good for I'd say 2 Sims at the most.
I've included all the CC so you shouldn't have to go downloading a bunch of stuff.
