Adds new elemental weapons, staves, creatures and more!

This mod aims to add more elemental weapon options to the game. It loops over the existing items in the game and creates a variant based on the 5 (configurable) elemental weapon types: Fire, Frost, Lightning, Poison, Spirit. Additionally there are 3 staff options with 5 tiers each for each of the 5 elements  (25 projectile staves, 25 shard staves, 25 summoning staves in total).

In addition to the elemental weapons new enemies have been placed in the game. There is a new elemental enemy (cloned Surtlings but configured/colored to match their element) for each of the 5 elements (configurable). Killing them will drop new elemental wisps aligned with their holder's element. You will need to collect these to craft and upgrade the elemental weapons.

Add ability to configure the following variables:
  • Enable/Disable Any of the 5 Elements
  • Configure the crafting station the items are created/repaired at
  • Configure the biomes the new elemental enemies spawn in
  • Configure the amount of original physical damage (blunt/pierce/slash/true) to leave on the new elemental weapon variants
  • Configure the amount of elemental damage (based on the total original damage) to add to the new elemental weapon variants
  • Configure rather the new elemental enemies spawn during the day or not
  • Configure variables around the new elemental enemy spawns:
  • Set the chance % a spawner will spawn anything when it ticks a spawn event
  • Set the interval rate a spawner tries to perform a spawn event
  • Set the minimum distance between spawners
  • Set the maximum group size a spawner can spawn if a spawner does spawn a spawn
  • Set the maximum level a spawned entity can be from the spawners

v1.0.0 - Basic Functionality

  • Enemies spawning, dropping mats, and colored/configured correctly
  • Mats can be used to craft the new weapons
  • New weapons crafting and configured for elemental damage

WARNING
=========================
This mod is incompatible with Expand Worlds and possibly other mods that modify spawners. The recipes and entities get registered, but the spawners will never place or spawn. You would need to use console to spawn the new elemental enemies or the mats or the items, or no cost the items.
